[Plan] Removal of Lite mode Roowrj10

The "Quick Stroke Mode" (or labeled as "Fast Mode" in the HUD 'console' UI) (see a demo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c53nRBMAfGY) is added since last July as a remedy for running on slower hardware. This makes the "Lite / Lite+ Mode" obsolete. I plan to remove the Lite mode altogether soon. Let me know if you have any opinion on this. Thanks for your attention!
