If you have v2019.09.01 64-bit, there's a bug that could keep it from updating itself via the Update button. In order to fix this, please down again the latest v.2019.09.04 from here:
http://expresii.atspace.cc/files/rdtr/Expresii64_Setup.zip

You can just install it over the older version without first uninstalling the older version.  

Those using Store version are not affected.

After this update I lost my English, even if I chose English on install Sad What do I do?

Thanks for letting me know. I did some explicit flushing of data since 2019.08.20 release hoping to fix such error but if you still get such language change then apparently the explicit flush doesn't work. I'll find another method hoping to fix this finally.

For now, please switch the language as shown here:

FYI, the language during install doesn't affect Expresii main program. The installer is a 3rd-party module.
