Hello !
I'm using Expresii for more than a month and i'm loving it !
But, since few days, i can't use Undo anymore (or Ctrl+Z neither). I update with the new version but it didn't change anything.
I have a Wacom Intuos Pro (i tried to use the wacom shortkey but it doesn't work neither).
Someone to help me ? Very Happy

I need more info on your system to see what could cause this. What GPU are you using? Is the Undo button grayed out?
One possible reason why undo doesn't work is that the available GPU RAM is too low. You can check if you have good enough amount of RAM here:

if you're using nvidia GPU.

You can also show me your system info page of Expresii so that I know what config you have:

I have 15 undo levels so it's not the problem.

Actually, it's not only the undo. When Expresii "freez" i still can paint and erase or change preset colors but picking colors manualy, changing layers order and undo doesn't work.

It was working perfectly 2 weeks ago so i don't understand ...

Okay, sounds like this is the UI not responding, as also reported by a few others (https://expresii.forumotion.net/t283-issues-with-demo-version). Did you update Expresii within that two weeks?
So far, I still haven't been able to reproduce such a unresponsive situation so it's hard for me to know what's wrong.
Anyway, since other reported that when they do 'factory reset', the problem is fixed. (thee's a Expresii>Factory Reset option in start menu, or you can go to Expresii's System Settings dialog>General>App Settings). Please let me know if that does fix the issue for you. Thanks.

Ahah yeah, I use it to do graphic design stuff :p and digital painting on other softwares Wink so it's needed xD

Yes i updated my version 2 days before my post here, to try something... But i didn't erase my preferencies. So maybe the problem were here.
I've done the Factory Reset (so my preferency are gone but i even don't know what they were xD) and will come back in few days to tell you how it's going Wink

o... actually you can Export and backup your settings before Factory Reset:
Undo (or Ctrl+Z) not working Export10

And now I know next time someone encounters such a situation, I'll ask him/her to send me the exported setting file, so that I can try it on my side and hopefully I can figure out why the issue happens.  Exclamation

I've been having the exact same issue described above! I've attached my exported settings in case that helps you see what the issue is.
I haven't tried the factory reset yet (hoping to avoid it but will do that if you think it's the best fix).

I check for updates very regularly so I'm always running the current version.

When I tried to send my system info through the program it said it couldn't complete the request because 'no internet connection detected' ... even though I'm currently online. Not sure if that's part of the problem.
Here is the system info copied:

Expresii x32 (v.2020.04.23) - 2020.04.27 10:31:01 started
OS: Windows 10 Pro (10.0)
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz

Finally someone sends me an exported settings file. Thanks a lot for that! However, I don't see one attached. Did you forget the attach the file? You can also mail me the file at support@expresii.com if this forum is not letting it thru.

Update: I loaded your settings into two machines of mine and they didn't exhibit the situation you indicated. Everything works fine. I open the zipped settings files and looked for any possible error but didn't find anything obvious. Crying or Very sad I'll next try to compare your settings files with the default ones and see if I find anything.
