after the latest updates brush does not work Empty after the latest updates brush does not work

For some reason after the latest updates, the brush does not work. Also the eraser does not work.(pls. see video to link)  What could be the problem here? Thank!

I see your brush profiles are all 'Profile 1' 'Profile 2'.. meaning that those profiles probably corrupted. I think a factory reset should fix it:  
after the latest updates brush does not work 15334410

And what's the cause you've found?  It'd be great if you can share your finding so that it may help others. Thanks for your information.
