problem swapping layers

I'm having a problem since last update with layers using 64 bit version. The layer switch button is very unresponsive and often I can't get say top and middle layers to swap over. It used to be immediate. Is this just me?

On 64-bit v.2019.11.07, it's immediate here, both on a desktop with GTX 1060 or Surface Pro 4 with Intel HD Graphics 520. Paper size is default 12 x 8 units. For your case, it's possible that your Windows machine is updating in the background that could possibly slow it down?

It is still a problem. The layer swap button just isn't working. I've tried switching off computer and coming out of the program. The only thing I can think to do is completely reinstall the software.

I think I have solved the problem. I had the Lazy Nezumi compatibility button checked. Unchecking seems to have fixed the problem at the moment

I just tested again on my side with the same two computers. Having LNP support checked, I still get immediate layer swap. Anyway, let me know if that ever happens again.

I still occasionally have the swapping layers problem but seems to work most of the time. However now after latest update I can't get the merge down button to work (not usually a problem because the result is inferior to snap down).

Today's update 2019.11.15 fixes the Merge button. Sorry, it was my bad. I was adding a notice for first time user of the Layer Merge function (telling them SnapDown keeps more fidelity if merging layers with overlapping areas).
