Reset to default settings in Store version fixed
Recently I realized resetting to use default settings (that includes the app's first-run initialization) for the Store version gives errors. Such error doesn't occur in the normal desktop version. I finally tracked down the culprit to be a call to the FileCopy() function from the standard Windows API. It seems Microsoft has changed the way it behaves under the UWP environment without notice (or at least I wasn't noticed ).
Anyway, the update on 2021/10/04 (version 1.0.131.0) has it fixed. Those previously ran into that issue, please do a Factory Reset of Expresii:
You can Export the App Settings first before Resetting if you need a backup.
